Servicing made easy

With a nationwide network of authorised dealerships and repair centres, drivers can access professional servicing wherever they are. All Custom Fleet vehicles should be serviced in accordance with the manufacturer’s handbook. Servicing can be completed through authorised dealerships or approved repair centres. When booking a vehicle, the service provider should be advised that it is a Custom Fleet vehicle. The service centre will contact the Custom Fleet Service Control Centre for approval before commencing work, ensuring the correct repairs are completed at the appropriate cost. For warranty-related work, vehicles must be taken to a franchised dealership, which will obtain approval prior to commencing any work. Our end-to-end maintenance services include:
